Abstract dawn memory collage representing the Go the Distance course journey
A six-week journey from survival to truly living

Finding Your Place in a World That Forgot You.

Go the Distance is a guided course for individuals who are ready to help themselves, ready to stop merely surviving, and ready to build a life they no longer need to escape from.

Healing soundtrack

A song I composed during the making of this course. The soundtrack to healing. Click to hear 'Mile by Mile'.

This song carries the emotional arc of the journey—from survival to rising. It is a reminder that transformation happens one step at a time.

Brand story

This course was born from a memoir, a silence, and a decision to stop running.

Vivian's framework grew from her own process of revisiting younger selves, naming wounds, understanding emotions, and slowly creating a life that did not require escape. The course honours the person who kept walking, while making room for the person who is finally ready to be held, heard, and helped.

The abandoned house: the ache of belonging somewhere forgotten.
The shield: becoming useful so someone would notice you were there.
The mask: looking successful while quietly falling apart inside.
The studio: a small new life, a window, a reminder that you are still here.

The six-week course

Six modules. Six stages of remembering yourself.

Each week turns a memoir theme into guided reflection and practice. The work is gentle, honest, and active: not a promise that pain disappears, but a path toward living with more truth, choice, and self-belonging.

Week 01

The Uninvited Guest

Identifying the core wound that shaped your survival patterns. Recognizing the early message: 'You weren't in the plan' and how childhood wounds become adult scripts.

Week 02

The Rupture

When the ground breaks beneath you. The moment everything changed, survival mode awakened, and the lies we tell ourselves: 'I don't need anyone.'

Week 03

The Descent

Looking for love in all the wrong places. The cycle of using substances, people, or work to escape emptiness, and how to stop punishing yourself.

Week 04

The Declaration

Speaking your future into existence. Vision without validation, believing when no one else does, and small wins that rebuild self-trust.

Week 05

The Return

Reclaiming the parts you buried. Revisiting your younger selves without judgment, sitting with pain until it softens, and learning to receive.

Week 06

The Rising

Building a life you don't need to escape from. From providing to receiving, creating daily anchors, and the power of 'I am here. I belong. I endure.'

The course promise

Not rescued. Remembered.

This course is for the person who has held onto whatever kept them afloat: work, control, relationships, achievement, silence, or the performance of being fine. It is an invitation to stop mistaking survival for home.
